Balance
- Focus on maintaining ankle stability for as long as you can
- When this becomes easy, try balancing on a pillow, or try balance whilst looking around the room, not concentrating on any particular thing
Dynamic Balance
- Standing on one foot
- Keeping your balance, aim to touch as far as you can in front of you with your other foot and then return back to the start
- Don’t place your whole weight through the foot touching the ground, imagine you are just testing the temperature of water
